You’re in the right place.

Depending on your specific circumstances, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly for the first few months. During this time, we will form a working alliance and lay the foundation for brave new experiences and patterns. Some people like to address specific topics and once addressed, pause or end therapy. Others prefer an ongoing therapeutic relationship wherein they utilize therapy organically in different seasons of life. Because I am not bound by insurance demands and I maintain a limited caseload, I am able to offer personalized and flexible care. We will determine together what cadence and focus is best for your specific needs.

BENEFITS OF THERAPY:

Inner Security: Inner security is sometimes a lifelong process, but it does not have to be. Feeling at home, accepted, and loved within yourself is priceless and powerful in life and in love.

Emotional Competence: Would you like to understand and experience emotion in a safer and more adaptive way? You can learn how to engage, access, and respond to emotion in ways that benefit you and your relationships.

Distress Reduction: Having a safe and private place to process and explore provides relief and hope. Consistent therapy provides the opportunity to change maladaptive internal and relational patterns, thereby improving one’s quality of life.
